You may return Networking Times books, audios, DVDs and computer software within 30 days of purchase for a refund minus the shipping, handling and a 15 percent restocking fee.

Any items opened and used will be refused. The item must be returned in good condition, in original packaging and with all paperwork (whenever possible), parts and accessories to ensure proper credit. Audios, DVDs, and software will not be accepted if they are unwrapped from their original packaging. Bundled items must be returned in their original boxes or bags, unused. Any wear or tear to any of the items voids any refund.
